*We will limit the number of students to 20 students per class depending on the class type
*Reservations can be made by 2 ways
* We ask all students to show up only 15 minutes prior to class ,check in and let the instructor know your first and last name.
* Instructors will open all doors into the reception area 15 minutes before class
* Instructors will confirm first and last names from the students online reservations
* Credit card payments will only be taken online
* Cash, Venmo, Zelle and checks will be accepted in studio
* Advance sign ups are required to guarantee your space for class, but walk ins are always welcome if you wish to chance it!

* PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT!
*Props are available in our classes free of charge which include blankets, straps, blocks, and bolsters.

* Physical assists will be at the digression of the instructor with client verbal approval.
Verbal, visual cues and mirroring will also be used to aid in non-physical adjustments
*Instructors will inform people that they should not be practicing yoga with the class if they have a cough and/or running a fever
* We encourage students to remain at home if they are sick but to do a home practice if they feel up to it
* Instructors will use digression and may ask students to leave if they display continuous coughing or sneezing in class, offering them class credit for a later date
* Masks are not being required to be worn
* We have stocked and maintain our bathroom with antibacterial hand soap
*Sick workers are instructed to call out and stay home.
